SPEAKERS

Inspirational talks with pioneers from different fields.

In powerful, short TED-style talks, they share their unique stories, bold ideas and personal visions for the future. Honest, inspiring and straight from their green hearts.

“Good food can do more for people than AI.”

Ruslan is the founder of Davai, where he crafts handmade, artisanal dumplings using high-quality local ingredients, with a strong focus on seasonal vegetables. He is also committed to reducing food waste, regularly working with surplus produce from farmers.

He previously appeared as a candidate on Mijn Restaurant (the guy who called Marc Coucke a boomer on TV) and at REGROUND, he will be cooking and sharing his perspective on why good food can do more for people than AI :-)

“Those who listen see more. Wonder never fades.”

Tine Hens (born 1974) is a historian, journalist and author whose works include Het klein verzet (EPO, 2015), a European‑wide exploration of alternative possibilities; Het is allemaal de schuld van de Chinezen! (EPO, 2021), a critique of clichés in climate discourse; De wereld die we delen (EPO, 2024), which frames humanity as part of all life on Earth; and Archief van mogelijk verlies (2025), a book, exhibition and soundscape addressing the grief caused by the silent disappearance of snow, plants and animals.

“Let’s redefine the entire FMCG industry.“

Tibbe Verschaffel (30) is the CEO of Planet B, a Belgian FMCG group developing healthy, sustainable self‑care and home‑care brands as alternatives to traditional multinationals. He began his venture as a student, driven by the belief that everyday products can be better for people and the planet; the small experiment grew into Planet B and just recently he launched POWR.

In his keynote he shares a candid founder story: building with limited resources, confronting FMCG realities, making strategic choices and blending idealism with scalable business, from the first shampoo bars to avoiding six million plastic bottles and outlining future ambitions.
